Since 1975 the Reid Park Zoo has been delighting visitors with 17 acres of habitat that house over 500 animals. The zoo is divided into 4 areas and features such exotic animals as polar bears, jaguars, gibbons and lions.

Some of the zoo visitor’s favorite animals were depicted on these retired engravings that used to be featured in a penny machine in the park.
