Comments:	Machines 1 and 2 are in the Sphere Observation Deck (¥500 admission), and are turned off at 6 p.m. Machines 3 and 4 are in the giftshop on 7th floor next to the rear cashier (no admission required). The gift shop stays open until 7 p.m. It costs ¥100 to make one EC, and a blank copper coin is provided at the machines. It's illegal to press money in Japan so they have to use a blank coin instead.<p> UPDATE 11/21/2009 All 6 Machines are working just fine.
