The staff was very good about refunding my money when I had been there before and the machine jammed. I asked at the parking entrance ($3.00 parking fee) and was allowed to drive to the gift shop since I was not taking a tour. The Wilds is a 10.000 acre wildlife conservation faciltiy that has guided tours of open-range animal areas with rhinos, giraffes and other animals. Individual passes can be purchased or a membership which will allow you free or discounted admission to over 120 other zoos and aquariums.
