Comments:	State Capital machine has been moved directly south to the Council Hall building while the capital is being renovated for the next 3-4 Years. The machine is inside the tourist information/gift shop, you'll see the painted bison outside<p> was there today 7/23/09 and the machine is broke again the girl at the desk said it worked for awhile then jammed again.<p> 8/29/09 Machine has not been serviced with no indication when it may be up and running again.<p> 11/05/09 stopped by there today on a chance and the machine has been fixed and rolling fine have to ask to have it plugged in.
	Please be specific regarding the machine location. Is it upstairs? Downstairs? By the entrance? etc...
