Comments:	State Capital machine has been moved directly south to the Council Hall building while the capital is being renovated for the next 3-4 Years. The machine is inside the tourist information/gift shop, you'll see the painted bison outside<p> 02/27/10: Machine is still in the Council Hall Building Tourist Information Gift Shop over in the corner. Was working very well and pressed all 4 penny designs.<p> 07/03/10: Machine is still in the Council Hall Building as above. Had to ask the proprietor to plug the machine in before using.
