Comments:	Directions:<br> Take the 12300 exit off of I -15 and go West ( Southbound turn right, Northbound turn left). Stay on that Road all the way out to the Mine. It looked like the Road was going nowhere and then curved to the right by a State Park Sign. A little further, and we were there.<br> An alternate route from the North would be to go West on 7200 South until you reach a T Intersection. Turn left and go to 7800 South ( Utah Highway 48. Follow Highway 48 West, bearing left when you get to a Y at 4000 West. Continue to a Stoplight in the middle of nowhere at Utah Highway 111 ( Bacchus Highway ). Turn left onto Highway 111 and continue for about 6 & 1.2 miles until you see a big red Rio Tinto Sign on your right, just after the speed limit drops to 35 MPH.<p> The Mine is open April 1 - October 31, 8 am to 8 pm. It is $5 per vehicle, and all entry fee money goes to charity. Cash or check only, I made the mistake of trying debit, and had to drive back a few miles to nearest Gas Station.<p> The new Gift Shop is open, and the Penny Machine is next to the Cash Register right inside from the wheelchair entrance.<p> 05/06/2013 The visitor center is closed beacuse of a land slide at the mine . It is unknown if or when it will reopen .
	Please be specific regarding the machine location. Is it upstairs? Downstairs? By the entrance? etc...
